Allen McDonald Swartz LLP Ranks as a Top 10 Corporate Law Boutique for the Third Time

Allen McDonald Swartz LLP (AMS) is thrilled to announce that it has once again been ranked as one of the Top 10 corporate boutique law firms in Canada by Canadian Lawyer magazine.  This is the third consecutive time that AMS has received this recognition.

Canadian Lawyer chooses Canada’s top corporate law boutiques by asking lawyers, in-house counsel and clients from across Canada to rank their top firms from a long preliminary list of notable firms.  Participants also have the opportunity to nominate firms not included on the list.  The final rankings were determined through a points system in which firms were rewarded for the number of first to 10th place votes received.

“We are honoured that Allen McDonald Swartz has been selected for the third consecutive time as one of Canada’s Top 10 Corporate Boutiques”, says Jennifer Allen. “We are fortunate that before the pandemic we were well-positioned to work remotely with no changes at all.  This allowed us to focus on and support our clients seamlessly.”
